Just off Route 624 in Lower Windsor Township, you'll find Lake Clarke's most popular boat-launch area, sometimes referred to as Long Level. Each year, thousands of boaters take to the water from this spot. But just as many landlubbers stop by to take it all in with playground and picnic areas.
